Tara Presley

Tara has worked as a patient access manager for the last 6 years. She has worked in the medical field for a total of 15 years in several positions to include medical records, registration, insurance, billing and coding. Her background allows her to truly understand and optimize the patient experience. Tara enjoys working with the talented, supportive, and strong team at Pinnacle. Tara is a lover of animals and iced coffee! She lives with her boyfriend and their 4 dogs in Hampton, SC.

Angela Mosqueira

As a member of The Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, Angela is distinguished among her peers as a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional, marking her dedication to cosmetics safety, excellence, training, continuing education, and ethics. Angela also holds a Masters in Micro pigmentation from Nouveau Contour in Orlando, FL and a cosmetology degree from Savannah Technical College. Angela specializes in eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips. She chose this career because she has a passion for helping people enhance their natural beauty. Angela loves working at Pinnacle because of the amazing staff, positive atmosphere, and the professionalism of the staff. She was born in Uruguay, and lives with her husband, who has been by her side for 17 years, and their 4-year-old daughter. They also have a 16-year-old cat! Angela considers herself incredibly blessed and strives to find the positive in everything.

PERMANENT MAKEUP ARTIST / MICROBLADER

Vivian Meyers

Vivian is an AAM Certified Permanent Makeup Master Cosmetologist, as well as a member of the SPCP. She inherited her passion for beauty, fashion, and art from her mother, and has been in the industry for over twenty years. Vivian spent many years in New Jersey, but moved to the Lowcountry with her family in 2018. She was born and raised in Brazil, and along with English, she speaks Portuguese and Spanish.

Vivian specializes in microblading and powdered eyebrows. Her favorite part of working at Pinnacle is the positive atmosphere and friendly staff, along with building personal relationships with all of her clients. Not only does Vivian have a passion for helping people feel their best, she’s also very proud of her amazing shoe collection.
